Night of Terror at the Bellingham!

Bellingham at West Chester Residents Where Thrilled and Chilled

Lady Raven had the pleasure of performing twice at the Bellingham at West Chester. At her first performance, the Narrator of the Night, regaled the residents and their visiting elementary school pen pals with tales of ghouls and fascinating beasties, like the Squonk.

This Pennsylvania cryptid is truly one of a kind and has inspired its very own festival — Squonkapalooza!

Not all of the subjects of Lady Raven’s stories were as disarming as the weepy Squonk. At her second show, the residents heard of the haunting of Al Capone as he spent time in Eastern State Penitentiary and tales of Blackbeard’s resentful ghost!

You’ll have a chance to hear Lady Raven’s stories for yourself at the Power Festival on Sunday, November 3rd.

Held by Phoenixville Women’s Outreach, the Power Festival will celebrate the organization’s 10th anniversary and raise funds to provide comprehensive transitional housing program, affordable housing, supportive services, advocacy and education for women in need.

The event will include live performances from local artists, an art auction featuring art of local women, interactive exhibits and activities, food, resources and vendors.

Sign up today to hear Lady Raven tell chilling days and support your local community!

The Power Festival is a benefit for Phoenixville Women’s Outreach a 501c3 that supports and houses women experiencing housing insecurity.

  1. Hey Laura
Would you be able to connect me to someone at the Bellingham ? Is that the retirement home you were talking about before?

    Thanks!
